Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, HRIS Consultant, ERP Consultant, Software Implementation Specialist, or System Support.
- Proven experience in HRIS or ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, taxation, employee benefits, and HR administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong presentation, training, and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, and system integration is an advantage.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
Job Descriptions :
• End-to-End System Implementation Execute end-to-end system implementation, including system configuration, business requirement translation, project phase coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Business Requirements & Risk Management Gather and analyze client requirements, clarify potential gaps, identify implementation risks, and ensure system configurations align with client business policies.
• Configuration Quality Assurance & Testing Perform internal testing, prepare UAT scenarios and test data, validate payroll, tax, benefits, and other calculations, and ensure system accuracy and compliance with applicable HR policies and regulations.
• Data Migration & Integrity Support data migration, validate data accuracy, identify data quality risks, and maintain data consistency and integrity throughout implementation.
• Project Execution & Target Achievement Manage assigned tasks independently, monitor project timelines, proactively address potential delays, and ensure deliverables meet agreed targets.
• Project Progress & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date work progress in the company's project management tools to ensure project transparency and support effective project monitoring.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution Delivery Collaborate with Project Managers and Development teams to address technical requirements, coordinate system enhancements, and perform retesting to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Client Training, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Prepare implementation documentation and user guides, deliver client training, document issues and additional requirements, manage tickets, and facilitate knowledge transfer to the ATS team for post-go-live support.
