The Role
We are seeking an Impact Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of impactful programs and initiatives. This role focuses on translating the foundation’s mission into actionable programs, building strategic partnerships, empowering communities, and measuring the outcomes and long-term impact of our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs aligned with the foundation’s mission, objectives, and social impact goals.
- Identify community needs, social issues, and opportunities for meaningful intervention.
- Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, government institutions, private-sector partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead projects from concept development and planning through implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, beneficiaries, volunteers, and external partners to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor program progress, outcomes, and impact using relevant indicators and evaluation methods.
- Conduct research and gather insights on community needs, social trends, and best practices in social development.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, budgets, progress reports, and impact assessments.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure accountability and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, fundraising, and initiatives that support the foundation’s long-term sustainability.
- Communicate program achievements, lessons learned, and impact stories to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social impact, community development, CSR, NGO/foundation programs, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing social programs, community initiatives, or multi-stakeholder projects from planning to evaluation.
- Strong understanding of community engagement, social development, and impact measurement.
- Excellent project management, planning, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and partnership-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for social impact, community empowerment, and sustainable development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
