• Location: Taman Sari, West Jakarta
Rugandco, a fast-growing premium carpet brand, is looking for a talented Illustrator & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you love art, visuals, and want to bring unique ideas to life, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview
As an Illustrator & Graphic Designer, you’ll turn creative ideas into impactful visuals—from product illustrations, branding elements, to marketing content that aligns with our brand identity.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create original illustrations, digital artworks, and design elements that align with the brand’s identity
• Design promotional and marketing materials for online and offline use (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Shopee)
• Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling
• Support the product team in designing patterns, textures, and mockups for carpet designs
• Assist in basic photo and video shoots for content creation
• Stay updated on design trends, art movements, and visual culture
• Organize design files and manage multiple projects with clear timelines
• Ensure visual consistency across all content and platforms
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Open to feedback and revisions for creative improvement
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Canva
•Basic knowledge of photography and videography
•Strong interest in the art and design industry
•Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas
•Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
•Honest, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
•Portfolio ready to be presented
•Active on social media
•Maximum age of 24 years old
•Strong time management and organizational skills
