Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IELTS Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to help students achieve their target IELTS scores. This role involves designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring students' progress to ensure continuous improvement. The IELTS Teacher will also adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles and proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules).
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to students' individual needs.
- Provide students with feedback on their performance and guide them in areas requiring improvement.
- Track and analyze students' progress to ensure they are on track to meet their target scores.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, resources, and best teaching practices.
- Encourage a positive learning environment that fosters motivation and confidence.
Qualifications:
- A TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS or English as a Second Language (ESL).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria.
- Proficient in all areas of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create customized learning materials and lesson plans.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to students’ success.
- Flexibility to teach both online and in-person classes, as needed.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for online teaching, such as Zoom and other LMS platforms.
