Deskripsi pekerjaan IE STAFF (INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING) PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo
Job Description:
- Conduct time study and calculate SMV.
- Assist in line balancing and manpower allocation.
- Monitor production efficiency and analyze performance data.
- Support capacity planning and production target calculation.
- Prepare IE reports and update production data.
- Identify improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IE (garment industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of time study, SMV, and line balancing.
- Familiar with GSD system is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis & reporting).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
