About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated ICU Nurse to join our team in Malaysia and support clinical activities related to advanced cardiac care, including LVAD-related patient support.
The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. Comprehensive training will be provided to help the successful candidate develop the knowledge and skills required for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support before, during, and after LVAD-related procedures and patient care.
- Support patient case management and coordination.
- Assist with patient and healthcare professional training and education.
- Provide clinical and field support as required.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Support patient monitoring, follow-up, and communication throughout the care journey.
- Travel within Malaysia and internationally when required for clinical support and training.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards of patient care.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- ICU experience is required.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with doctors, patients, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Adaptable, responsible, and willing to undergo specialized training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cardiac care, critical care, or LVAD-related care.
- Previous experience working in one of the Top 10 heart hospitals in Malaysia.
- Experience supporting complex cardiac patients or advanced medical procedures.
- Strong interest in developing expertise in advanced cardiac and medical technology.
