Internship Overview:

Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences (i3L) opens an opportunity for an internship program in various departments: Human Capital, Academic Operation, International Office, Digital Marketing, Learning Resource Centre (Library), Finance, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations in the assigned department.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Assist in updating databases or systems with accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute ideas during meetings.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the department.

Qualification:

• D3 / S1 from any major, preferably for final-year students. SMK may apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to take the internship program for 3 months.
• Please note, that this term program is an unpaid internship designed to provide educational and experiential learning opportunities.
