Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations.
- Experience building HR systems, SOPs, and people processes from the ground up is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- An active lifestyle or interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a strong plus.
