We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, administrative tasks, compliance, payroll, compensation benefits, and organizing company events.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields (Psychology preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in handling or designing events.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Description
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- HR Administration: Prepare employment contracts, employee data management, and maintain personnel files.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and salary payments.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits, compensation packages, and performance management.
- Event Management: Design, plan, and execute company events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and provide HR support.
- Data Analysis: Provide HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and organizational development.
