- Ensure administration process according to SOP
- Responsible for manpower fulfilment and selection process, include: sourcing candidates, screening and interview.
- Have knowledge of employment regulations and tax regulations related to payroll.
- Maintain and manage employee contracts and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct employee performance and competency assessments to support promotion and grading recommendations.
- Support the company’s current and future business needs by enhancing employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Facilitate & coordinate training course or certification for employee.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data management.
- Minimum S1 from reputable university, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in HR, preferably in capital market industry.
- Familiarity with HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical thinking, planning organizing and time management.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative skills.
- Have good understanding in Indonesian Labour Law
