Job Description

  1. Ensuring compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.
  2. Recruiting and sourcing qualified job applicants.
  3. Processing monthly payroll and tax deductions.
  4. Handling contract and ensuring contracts comply with local labor laws.
  5. Assisting employee empowerment program.
  6. Assisting multimedia creation.
  7. Assisting SOP creation.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  2. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, rules & regulations
  3. At least 1 year related working experience is preferred
  4. Ability to multitask and to work as part of a team
  5. Computer literate Ms. Word and Excel
  6. Proficient in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
