Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and experienced Human Resources (HR) to oversee and manage all HR functions within the company.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, or Senior HR Officer
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor regulations, and people management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Honest, professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Fast learner with adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administration systems
