- Source and recruit candidate by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skill, soft skill, experience and aptitudes
- Revamp the onboarding system to create a more systematic and clearer process
- Bring the best of people and maximize their potential to support organizational goals
- Build relationships within the organization through leadership, coaching, mentoring
- Improve upon organizational communication from a level to manager / employee relations
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in IT company are more preferred.
- Passionate about recruiting area such as sourcing candidate, interview, conduct psychological test and interpretation
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving and able to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and computer literate
