PT Sam Konsultan Legal is looking for a professional, detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible HRD to manage and develop the company’s overall Human Resources functions.
🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall Human Resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, development, and termination.
- Handle HR administration, employee databases, employment contracts, attendance, leave, payroll, BPJS, THR, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, company regulations, and employment procedures.
- Manage performance management, KPI/OKR, employee evaluations, training, and career development.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflicts, grievances, and employment-related issues.
- Support manpower planning, job analysis, workload monitoring, and organizational development.
- Develop and improve effective and digitalized HR systems, including Odoo/HRIS.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis and provide recommendations to management regarding people, performance, and organizational development.
- Ensure HR processes are effective, well-documented, measurable, and compliant with applicable regulations.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRD.
* Good understanding of employment regulations, payroll, BPJS, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
* Detail-oriented, firm, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
* Experience with Odoo/HRIS is a plus.
