Responsibilities:
- Branding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, campus hiring, and offer management.
- Manage people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee records, HR administration, and HR compliance.
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, KPI/OKR cycles, performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive employee experience and strengthen company culture.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Handle cross-functional HR projects and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, people operations, payroll, HR compliance, and talent management.
- Familiarity with performance management practices, including KPI/OKR cycles, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, people-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with employer branding, campus hiring, HRIS, or ATS is a plus.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in Sleman (Yogyakarta).
