Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, and offering process.
- Manage employee onboarding, contracts, probation, and offboarding.
- Handle HR administration, attendance, leave records, BPJS, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in identifying employee training needs based on competency gaps, performance evaluations, and business requirements.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Organize team activities and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee office operations, facilities, vendors, and general affairs matters.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRGA roles.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, training administration, employee data management, and HR policies.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
