Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for upcoming batches.
Maintain and update the internal database to ensure accuracy.
Plan and execute internal events to foster stronger relationships among volunteers.
Oversee and assist in performance management processes.
Review and develop strategies to ensure volunteers' growth.
Ensure that volunteers adhere to their job descriptions and comply with existing regulations.
Participate actively in the Speakable Youth Discord server.

General Requirements

Male or female, at least 15 years old
Able to communicate in English for daily chats
Passionate to learn, grow, and improve
Team player with strong communication vibes
Ready to commit from 1 September – 30 November 2026
Online Program: Open for everyone, anywhere, any city
On-site Program: Specially for Makassar & nearby areas
