Main Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and coordination with direct supervisors.
- Design and develop engaging training materials, modules, and programs (soft skills, technical, leadership, compliance).
- Conduct training sessions (in-person, virtual, and hybrid).
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Maintain and update training records, manuals, and course materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Support employee development, coaching, and career growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in HR, including internship experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven interpersonal and coaching abilities with the ability to faciliate training sessions effectively.
- Solid analytical thinking for TNA and evaluation, along with instructional design capability.
- Adaptive, creative, and empathetic team player with high integrity and a disciplined, can-do attitude.
