We are assisting one of our clients, a MSME engage in Herbal Industry is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Consultant to build and improve the company’s HR system and people management practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in setting up and improving HR systems and processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- Create and monitor employee KPI and performance management systems.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations for organizational improvement.
- Handle employee relations and support daily HR operations.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Experience in setting up HR systems and policies is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools.
