PT. Natura Pesona Mandiri (Secret Garden Group) is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Staff.
Placement: Secret Garden Village, Baturiti, Tabanan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support attendance tracking and HR reporting
- Ensure proper filing and organization of HR documents
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Support Payroll by Attendance recapitulations and employee leave management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Had Experience minimum 1 year as Human Resources Staff or in another related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
