Our Clients- one of a Global Media dan Creative Agency which is an integrated and independent full-service agency, specialized in developing brand communication and media buying for both digital and conventional channels with data-driven performance. They has clients from most famous products/services in Indonesia. The office located in Central of Jakarta city.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Country Managing Director.
- Plan, create, develop, and implement Human Capital (HC) programs and strategies in line with company business plan and strategy.
- Manage all HR Management aspects effectively and efficiently to support business.
- Ensure all Human Capital policies, procedure and process are running well.
- Handle and manage end-to-end all of HC function and administration.
- Manage all HC transactions meets the labor law and company policy.
- Ensure timely all Human Capital report for headquarter.
- Manage HC budgeting of expenses.
- Lead Human Capital team for achieving Department’s KPI and target.
- Build and maintain good relationship with external parties related with HR matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Law/Psychology.
- Have experience in Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and Human Capital area.
- Hold Human Capital Certification would be advantageous.
- Keen on detailed and have good analytical and critical thinking.
- Able to effectively team-work and cross-teamwork.
- Have good leadership, adaptability, listening, assessing, conflict management as well as talent developing competencies.
- Have good communication skills and deal with people at all departments professionally.
- Should be proactive and self-motivated team leader.
- Have can do attitude, independent, honestly, role-model and discipline.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.
