Human Resources Senior Manager (Jakarta)

Our Clients- one of a Global Media dan Creative Agency which is an integrated and independent full-service agency, specialized in developing brand communication and media buying for both digital and conventional channels with data-driven performance. They has clients from most famous products/services in Indonesia. The office located in Central of Jakarta city.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Country Managing Director.
• Plan, create, develop, and implement Human Capital (HC) programs and strategies in line with company business plan and strategy.
• Manage all HR Management aspects effectively and efficiently to support business.
• Ensure all Human Capital policies, procedure and process are running well.
• Handle and manage end-to-end all of HC function and administration.
• Manage all HC transactions meets the labor law and company policy.
• Ensure timely all Human Capital report for headquarter.
• Manage HC budgeting of expenses.
• Lead Human Capital team for achieving Department’s KPI and target.
• Build and maintain good relationship with external parties related with HR matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Law/Psychology.
• Have experience in Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and Human Capital area.
• Hold Human Capital Certification would be advantageous.
• Keen on detailed and have good analytical and critical thinking.
• Able to effectively team-work and cross-teamwork.
• Have good leadership, adaptability, listening, assessing, conflict management as well as talent developing competencies.
• Have good communication skills and deal with people at all departments professionally.
• Should be proactive and self-motivated team leader.
• Have can do attitude, independent, honestly, role-model and discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.
