About the Role

As an HRD/Recruiter Mentor, you will be responsible for sharing your professional knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment.

You will guide participants through real-world recruitment processes, practical case studies, and industry-based scenarios to help them understand how HR and recruitment work in a professional environment.

We are looking for professionals who have:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HRD, or related fields.
  Experience in recruitment within the technology or telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
• Strong practical understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Experience using recruitment platforms, ATS, LinkedIn, JobStreet, or other sourcing channels is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related areas are preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, coaching, and developing people.
• Ability to translate professional experience into practical and easy-to-understand learning.
• Willingness to share real-world cases, insights, and industry practices with learners.
