Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brebes for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and compliance, ensuring legal adherence, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
* Proficiency in compliance, employment laws, and HR policies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong organizational skills
* Leadership and decision-making abilities to effectively manage teams and projects
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Relevant experience in a similar HR managerial role is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Preference experience in Manufacturing Human Resources
* Must be able to speak Mandarin.
