Job description for Human Resources Manager at Cat on Chain
- Talent Acquisition - 60%
- Work directly with BOM to determine SOW, culture, and business strategy off Cat-on-Chain in each stage
- Recruitment planning: Budget, timeline, number of headcount, processes, and recruitment channels
- Build a pool to attract candidates and expand networking to find talents
- Work directly with BOM and Heads of Departments to perform job analysis and determine JD, and JS for each position
- Drafting recruitment questions and designing evaluation form
- Interview candidates with BOM and Heads of Departments
- Advisor for recruitment decisions of BOM
- Capabilities Building - 40%
- Coordinate with BOM and Heads of Departments about the framework of each department
- Identify criteria for assessing capabilities of personnel
- Design the form and organize the personal capability evaluation for employee
- Analyze the results of the evaluation and build programs to improve their capabilities
- Supporting Tasks
- Directly report to the CEO about the completion rate and work results periodically
- Advisor and support BOM in making decisions on the People & Culture of Cat-on-Chain
- Support other activities within the scope of capacity and time allowed or required from bombs
- Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition Manager, TA Consultant (with company scale under 100 employees), or related positions
- Having practical experience or knowledge about building capabilities framework, assessing human resource capabilities, and building a training program to develop human resources
- Experienced in recruiting candidates in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency is an advantage
- Used to work in a start-up working environment is an advantage
- Knowledge
- Graduated from industries related to People, Human Resources, or related industries.
- Have professional knowledge in the fields related to People and Culture
- Having basic knowledge or desire to learn about Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency is a great advantage

- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with recruitment partners
- Use and administration of communication channels suitable for candidates to attract talents
- Change management skill
- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Base Salary: 18,000,000 - 22,000,000 VND/ per month and Other allowances, if any
