About Eling Group
Eling Group is a spiritual wellness ecosystem rooted in Bali. We bring together spa experiences, retreats, learning academies, community programs, and digital wellness platforms to share the practice of Eling Living: awareness, balance, and conscious living.
As we continue to grow and strengthen our organization, we are building a strong People & Culture foundation to support multi-unit operations. We are currently looking for an HR Manager (HRM) who is experienced in HR operations and people management, and aligned with our values — someone who can build structure, support teams, and grow a healthy organizational culture.
Role Overview
As HR Manager, you will oversee the full HR operational function of Eling Group, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, value, Culture Development, HR Strategic Management, and oversee Operations administration across all business units
You will act as a key operational HR leader who ensures the organization runs effectively while maintaining a healthy, disciplined, and value-aligned work culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Management
Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee data management, and HR administration.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations, handle conflicts, and ensure a positive, respectful, and productive working environment.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment for operational and managerial positions across spa, academy, and corporate units.
4. HR Policies & SOP Implementation
Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations are properly implemented and followed across all departments.
5. Performance Management Support
Assist in performance evaluations, KPI tracking, and employee development processes.
6. Training & Development Coordination
Support training programs and capability development for staff, supervisors, and junior managers.
7. HR Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
8. Culture & Values Implementation
Support the development and reinforcement of Eling Living values across all employees through daily HR practices.
Requirements
Must-Have
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Experience managing HR operations in multi-unit or service-based organizations
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization
Nice-to-Have
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or education industries
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and digital HR tools
• Exposure to organizational development and culture building
• Interest in mindful leadership, wellness, or conscious workplace culture
