Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Resources Manager PT. Intinusa Teknik Sejahtera
Responsibilities
- Attendance & Compliance: Track attendance, leave, and overtime; ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Source and hire roles from Project Manager down to entry-level; maintain strong talent networks in construction.
- HR Policies & Labor Laws: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies; stay current with Indonesian labor laws.
- Culture Building: Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and drive engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues, handle grievances, and foster open communication.
- Reporting: Prepare HR analytics (turnover, retention, etc.) and maintain necessary records.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience (construction industry a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
- Proven skills in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and people skills.
- Familiarity with shaping and maintaining company culture.
