We're Hiring: Human Resource Manager
📍 Location: PIK 2 — Full Time On-site
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Handle full-cycle hiring process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Oversee employee administration, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation.
- Focus on employee maintaining & retention strategies to build a positive and productive work environment.
- Organize and manage employee activities such as team building, engagement programs, and internal events.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Address employee concerns and foster healthy communication across departments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
Compensation
Starting from IDR 5 million / month (based on experience & qualifications)
