One of our clients, a well-established Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company with its head office in Surabaya and manufacturing facility in Sidoarjo, is currently seeking an experienced professional to join the team as a Humam Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Human Resources Director.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and coordination of the selection process.
• Support organizational development initiatives, including competency development, succession planning, and talent management programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs across all departments.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and support the resolution of workplace issues.
• Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and appropriate follow-up actions.
• Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and workforce data to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely payroll processing.
Qualifications:
• Maximum age of 40 years.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources Transformation and as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving organizational strategies and emerging technologies.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships across all levels and departments.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of leading and inspiring a team.
• Demonstrates a positive "can-do" attitude, integrity, independence, discipline, and serves as a role model.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English will be an advantage.
