Human Resources Manager (HRM)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations within our hotel. In this role, you will lead end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations. You will serve as a key business partner to senior management, ensuring a productive, compliant, and highly engaged hotel team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies for all hotel departments.
- Ensure full compliance with national labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle industrial relations, employee grievances, and workplace conflict resolution efficiently.
- Oversee performance management systems, employee evaluations, and staff development programs.
- Coordinate internal training programs to enhance service standards and staff hospitality skills.
- Manage HR administrative duties, including contract management, benefits, and payroll oversight.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel HR Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
- Skilled in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
