Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Resources Manager (FMCG) PT. Aroma Prima Livindo
Note ; Interview wil be held in Offline Process (Greenlake City) Taangerang.
As HRGA Manager , you will :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Act as a strategic HR partner for management and department heads.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations related to workforce planning, organization structure, and employee management.
- Lead the HR Generalis, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, General affair team.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job profiles.
- Manage and improve the company's performance appraisal system.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and performance objectives.
- Monitor employee performance and facilitate performance improvement plans when required.
- Identify employee training and development needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop employee engagement programs to create a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Strengthen company culture and employee experience.
- Ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently also build a proactive and service-oriented HR function.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as: Headcount, Turnover, Recruitment progress, Time to hire, Employee engagement, Absenteeism, Training & development, Performance.
We need someone who :
- S1 Psychology (is a must) with min 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Talenta HRIS is an must.
- HR certifications (CHRP, CIPD, etc.) are a plus.
- Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed at Greenlake City, Tangerang.
