What You'll Do:
- Source and screen candidates by posting vacancies, reviewing applications, and conducting HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment certificates and assist in managing employee data
- Handle HR document stamping, filing, and organization
- Monitor pantry needs and manage office supplies stock
- Provide procurement support
- Assist in other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the department
Requirements:
- Final year student or Fresh Graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (Chinese is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility
- Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to work with a high level of accuracy
- Fast learner, responsive, and highly motivated
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Willing to work from the office (BSD area)
