About the job

Photomatics is an automatic photo machine services company. Since 2017, we have partnered with coffee shops and communal spaces in more than 24 cities for 100+ branches and partnered with 50+ brand and events.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team as a “Human Resources Internship”. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various human resources tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and communicate the necessary details.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and maintain recruitment records.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Update and maintain employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing HR documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Available for WFO (Mon-Fri) in South Jakarta Area
