Human Resources Intern

Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Human Resources Intern for our client, Beunta Studio.

About Beunta Studio:

Beunta Studio is a self-photography studio in Bogor, offering space for up to 25 people and a variety of background options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in organizing employee engagement, culture-building, and training initiatives.
• Contribute to implementing and monitoring performance management processes for interns.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
• Help maintain HR records and documentation, including attendance, employment agreements, and work certificates.
• Assist with employee relations activities to foster a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, eager to learn and confident in sharing ideas.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across units and levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Canva.
