Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support our HR department with daily administrative operations and initial recruitment processes.
Responsibilities :
- Support HR Recruitment Processes (including screening and sorting CVs).
- Maintain, update, and organize HR databases and candidate documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Active university student (minimum 7th/8th semester) or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with good administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Available for a full-time internship
