Job Descriptions:
• Responsible in handling, proposing, conducting, arranging HR development activities
• Running learning activity in people development, learning, training, onboarding activity for culture development
• Arranging, communicating, socialize Sasana Digital SOP and Work Instructions and company internal policies along with the regular checking, reviewing, and alignment in company values
• Coordinates with HR team in improving Employee Life-cycle Activities to provide guidance for Employee Performance and Development Management, Career Development, Learning & Development Program, etc.
• Conducts new hire employee orientations and regularly monitors with 1-on-1 session programs
• Handle and resolve employee issues in a work-related area
• Supporting HR team in executing projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s (S1) Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
• Have work experience in a Human Resources, People Development, or similar roles
• Excellent knowledge HR life-cycle, passionate about people and HR development
• Experienced in handling recruitment, employee engagement events
• Outgoing, socially confident person, and enjoy to communicate
• Initiatively hands-on, flexible mindset, and career aspiration to grow
• Proactive and creative in giving and assembling ideas and innovation into interesting programs and plans
• Able to work neatly, organized, and structured in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Bandung and willing to collaborate on-site.
