Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and General Affairs functions.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS or administrative systems is a plus.
- Available to commit to an internship period (e.g., 6 months).
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS and internal records.
- Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and employee files.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and coordination.
- Help monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheet data.
- Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal HR initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities and respond to basic employee inquiries under supervision.
General Affairs (GA) Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating office supplies and facility needs to support daily operations.
- Support in maintaining office assets and inventory records.
- Help coordinate with vendors and external partners when required.
- Provide administrative support for general office operations and documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee welfare programs, and internal activities.
