Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Human Resources operations across all business units (Management Service, Construction, Villa Management, & SPA).
- Manage recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and probation evaluation.
- Prepare and administer employment documents, including PKWT, PKWTT, Daily Worker Agreements, Freelance Agreements, addendums, warning letters, promotion, transfer, and termination documents.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law, PP No. 35 of 2021, BPJS regulations, and other applicable employment regulations.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, internal memos, and Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan).
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, conflict resolution, and industrial relations cases.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including BPJS, the Manpower Office (Disnaker), legal counsel, and other government institutions.
- Supervise payroll preparation by validating attendance, overtime, leave, commissions, salary adjustments, and employee benefits before payroll processing.
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration, mutation, and deactivation processes.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, contract expiry, probation periods, and workforce planning through the HRIS.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, manpower reports, compliance reports, and management updates.
- Support Directors and Department Heads by providing HR advice, employment law guidance, and organizational recommendations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HR systems, processes, and organizational effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, PP No. 35 Tahun 2021, BPJS, and industrial relations.
- Experience handling payroll, recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and legal compliance.
- Experience preparing HR legal documents and Company Regulations (PP) is an advantage.
- Familiar with HRIS systems (Talenta or similar).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
