We are looking for contract worker to back up for maternity leave (6 months)
Qualification:
1) Minimum 5 years experience in HR (Learning and Development or Talent Acquisition)
2) Bachelor degree in psychology or related field
3) Experienced in healthcare industry is a plus point
4) Willing to mobilize across Jakarta area
5) Willing to be placed in Jakarta
Key Responsibilities HR People Development:
1) Serve as the primary HR point of contact for part-time veterinarians, addressing employment-related inquiries and ensuring a positive employee experience.
2) Partner closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to identify manpower needs and develop a clear organizational hierarchy that supports business objectives.
3) Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial-level roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
4) Oversee the probationary review process for team leaders and managerial staff, ensuring timely, objective, and constructive performance evaluations.
5) Facilitate a structured and engaging onboarding program for both Corporate and Medical teams, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization's culture and operational workflows.
6) Design and implement strategic initiatives for employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment, improve retention, and strengthen organizational culture across all teams.
7) Manage scholarship program/contract.
