Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee relations and act as a point of contact for internal issues
- Support payroll preparation and attendance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs
- Coordinate general affairs and office administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Able to work independently and in a team
