We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator who is ready to build, not just maintain.
Our business operates across F&B, Hospitality & Leisure, with a predominantly blue-collar / operational workforce.
This role reports directly to the CEO and will have significant ownership in developing our HR function.
What you will handle:
• End-to-end HR Operations
• Recruitment & manpower planning
• Blue-collar / operational recruitment
• Employee relations & disciplinary matters
• HR policies, SOPs & documentation
• Payroll & HR administration
• Performance management
• Training & people development
• HR reporting & manpower monitoring
• Building HR systems and preparing for future HRIS implementation
So this role is not for someone who only wants to maintain an established HR system.
We need someone who can come in, assess the gaps, create practical solutions, implement them, and make sure they work in the field.
We are looking for someone who is:
✔ 5+ years HR experience
✔ Strong in HR Operations & Employee Relations
✔ Experienced handling blue-collar / operational employees
✔ Strong in recruitment
✔ Comfortable handling disciplinary cases
✔ Structured & analytical
✔ Hands-on and independent
✔ Strong in Excel / Google Sheets
✔ HRIS experience is a plus, not a requirement
✔ Comfortable working directly with CEO & management
