Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Resources (HR) Coordinator XGMA MACHINERY INDONESIA
The role
Reporting into the CEO, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR manager to join the dynamic team at PT XGMA Machinery Indonesia.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from workforce planning to employee onboarding
• Oversee performance management systems, including performance reviews and career development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
• Handle employee relations and industrial relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and dispute resolution
• Manage compensation and benefits, salary structures, and payroll administration
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
• Foster a positive work culture and improve employee engagement and retention
What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Proficient in HR systems, payroll administration, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia，English and Chinese
