What you'll be doing
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee benefits
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations
• Address employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee general affairs operations such as office maintenance, facilities management, and procurement of office supplies
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external parties for operational needs
• Manage company assets, inventory, and administrative documentation
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and overall office environment standards
• Organize company events, internal activities, and employee engagement programs
What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a generalist HR role or Proven experience in HR and/or General Affairs roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
