About the Role
We are looking for an organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to manage daily HR operations on-site. You will lead recruitment coordination, onboarding, personnel records, and team culture initiatives for our creative talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post openings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and manage smooth onboarding (contracts, tool setup, orientation).
- HR Administration: Track attendance, leave, and personnel records; assist leadership with monthly payroll prep and contractor agreements; handle general employee inquiries.
- Culture & Experience: Plan team events, drive agency culture initiatives, and gather feedback to maintain a positive, supportive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bali and able to work on-site in Kuta Utara daily.
- Experience: 1–2 years in HR, HR Admin, or People Ops (agency or startup experience is a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Fluent with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ATS, and HRIS tools.
- Communication: Clear, professional written and spoken English.
- Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, discreet with confidential data, and passionate about culture.
