What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruitment & Talent Hunt
- Proactively source and screen candidates for various operational and technical roles
- Run job postings, shortlisting, and initial interviews
KPI & Performance Management
- Work with management to design and track performance benchmarks
- Help monitor and follow up on weekly performance reports
Training & Onboarding Coordination
- Schedule and manage onboarding sessions and training programs
- Create and refine training materials alongside the team
General HR Support
- Handle HR-related admin like contracts, leave tracking, and internal communication
- Help create systems, SOPs, and feedback loops that support a strong team culture
🧠 What You’ll Bring
- A background in HR, recruitment, or people operations (even if it's from a small team or freelance work)
- Proactive communication skills – you're not afraid to ask questions or follow up
- Highly organised and self-managed – you love ticking off checklists and improving systems
- Ability to work remotely, stay on top of tasks, and keep the team informed
- Bonus if you’ve worked with startups or consulting teams before
