✅ Manage monthly payroll accurately and on time
✅ Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and employee records through HRIS
✅ Handle BPJS Employment, Pension, and Health Insurance administration
✅ Ensure payroll issues are resolved within 24 hours
✅ Prepare manpower, labor productivity, and HR reports
✅ Monitor and improve HRIS and HR Service processes
✅ Support Kaizen, 5S, GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, FSMA, and Continuous Improvement programs
