Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in recruitment, employee management, and maintaining team stability within a dynamic clinic & wellness environment.

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Monitor probation and employee evaluations
• Handle HR administration and employee database
• Process payroll and employee attendance recap
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
• Assist in employee relations and internal issue handling

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Generalist or in HR-related roles (internship experience is welcomed)
• Understand recruitment and HR administration processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Firm, observative, and able to handle different employee characteristics
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Full WFO
