About the Role
This role will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters in the office - from recruitment and employee relations to payroll support and HR administration. You’ll take care of the day-to-day HR operations while working closely with management, who will guide and oversee overall strategy.

- Previous HR experience (min. 2 years), plus familiarity with Indonesian labour law.
What You’ll Do
- Handle employee data, contracts, and HR administration.
- Manage recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
