WE’RE HIRING: HR GENERALIST (SALES-DRIVEN TEAM)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, assertive, and high integrity.
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain SOP, KPI, and job descriptions.
- Handle HR administration and maintain employee records.
- Support employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and compliance with company regulations Partner with team leaders to build and improve HR processes and company culture.
