Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- Having experience in the healthcare or service industries field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
- Language: Indonesian and English Capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools; experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Willing to be placed on our client's company engaged in a Premium Restorative and Aesthetic Dental Clinic and Dental Lab at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire
- Use HR metrics to analyze workforce needs and recommend improvements.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Understands the nuances of managing healthcare professionals and support staff.
