Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and supporting the overall HR strategy. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment and supporting the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records.
- Manage and update employees BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, ensuring accurate registration, data updates, and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Support career development and training programs for current employees.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts within the organization.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to employees.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with company regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain strong communication with employees to foster a healthy and productive work environment.
- Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
